I built my foundation through my studies at Institut Vatel in Paris and at Escuela de Restauración y Hostelería in Madrid. Alongside my professional experience, that training helps me deliver polished execution while keeping the experience approachable and personal.

Chef Layla made my dad’s 70th birthday so special! She was so accommodating for our family and the food was so delicious!! She also made extra for my nieces to try her dishes and got them ice cream. So so kind and so great with families!
