I was born in Colombia to Lebanese parents, and my love for cooking began at home. From my mother, I learned that food is more than nourishment—it’s a way to express love and create connection, and that belief still guides every menu I design.

Now based in the United States, I bring 15+ years of experience across catering companies, hotels, and restaurants. Whether I’m cooking an intimate dinner, a family gathering, a corporate event, or weekly in-home meal prep, I combine tradition, technique, and creativity with careful, detail-driven service and seasonal, high-quality ingredients.

I’m trained, experienced, and detail-driven

I built my foundation through my studies at Institut Vatel in Paris and at Escuela de Restauración y Hostelería in Madrid. Alongside my professional experience, that training helps me deliver polished execution while keeping the experience approachable and personal.
